Young teachers are more effective than older ones. First of all, young teachers are easier for students to understand. Furthermore, old teachers speak or write in an old manner, so they are more difficult to understand for students. Moreover, old teachers don’t teach very kindly. In fact, they are quite strict. However, young teachers teach nicely and they are not so scary. Another reason young teachers are better is they understand how to use technology. However, many old teachers do not understand how to use technology, such as computers, in the classroom. Most importantly, young teachers have more energy than older ones. For example, old teachers can’t be as involved in the class, because they easily become tired and have stress. In conclusion, young teachers are the most able teachers for our schools.
